Does anyone know the name of the track that's used on the menu trails for TV Travel Shop in this clip?

It has that production music sound about it, but it was specifically composed.

I read something about it at the time, but the name of the pair who made it escapes me at the moment

It sounds like it should be a chart club anthem of the time. There's a couple mentioned in one of the threads in requests could it be the same couple you're talking about? A husband and wife duo?
