Can anyone reccommend a source for the hi-res TV screencaps which so many people seem to be using in mocks? Thanks.

Most people here capture them thereselves using a TV Capture Card as Bail mentioned.

Because i'm only a youngun' my dad won't put a Capture card in the computer. Any other way of doing captures??

DVD recording of it and then insert it on to your PC thats how I do it

There are many USB based capture card, and then of course there is record to DVD and rip to PC as London UK suggested.
