TV Advert List

Hi there.
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.
I am trying to get a list of adverts shown on one channel over a period of, say, a week.
No particular channel.
Hope someone can help.

1. Get a pen.
2. Get some paper.
3. Turn television on.
4. Write down the names of the adverts you see.
5. Repeat as many times as necessary.

I'm not going to be held liable for you dying of exhaustion, but seriously, why would you want something as banal as this?

Have you tried contacting say ITV or Channel 4 for this sort of information?

Certainly would be a step int he right direction.
