Look - I'm a composer, and I would be pissed off if something I'd given to you had been distributed without my knowledge. All you needed to do was say the composer told you to take it down, without publishing the e-mail. It just makes you look like a twit who is merely flaunting his "contacts" for attention. Expect little from certain composers in future, though.
