Does anyone know what font is used for the new logo and the on screen graphics? And is it a free font that anyone can get or is it custom made?

I'm after the full music package to This Morning 2008 & 2009. I love the style of there music, It wakes me up every morning hearing that lovely tune on ITV 1.
