If you're talking about the piece I'm thinking of, then it's called "Dance of the Knights" by Prokofiev (sp?).

Indeed, I wondered too what that pizzicato style tinkling piece is!

It's from 'The Thomas Crown Affair' 1999, called Never Change, I remember looking for the music after hearing it in a Virgin Trains advert a few years back...
