Song used once on ITV Nightscreen

Hello! I don't know if this is library music or not, but does anyone know what this song that was once featured on Nightscreen is please?

It sounds rather catchy, but I want to find out as well since finding some Nightscreen from a VHS of mine with this music.

Yes, its like one of those songs that noone knows and its a case to ask the channel. A bit like what I'm gonna do for the music used in programme stings from Channel 4 2004 - 2010

YouTube seems to be able to identify a lot of the material that's similar sounding and from what's there they all seem to come from the same music library, Juice on Demand. As per the Rules of the Request forum we cannot be sharing these but that may help you narrow it down.

With regards to the Channel 4 programme stings, almost certainly a lot of them turn out to be instrumentals of commercial music. Not all of them, but some of them. Dunno why I specifically remember one of these trailers using an instrumental of a Fragma song.

I think I have found the name of the song, it’s “Makeover”, using AHA Music to identify it. Could be wrong though.

Also, Shazam has revealed that the song appears to based on a song called Underground Street by Flex Mind.
EDIT: Scratch that, just learnt that Underground Street was released in 2018. Still strange that it sounds quite similar though.

摩登電音 is "Modern Electronic Music", at least according to Google Translate...

So the album is "Modern Electronic Music 21". Modern Electronic Music almost certainly isn't the artist, either.
