Safe Area Guide

Hello there, I'm working on a mock and I've got the "design" part okay just not the safe areas. I didn't want to upload because I know that would be the first thing people would notice. I remember from looking on the site before joining there was a guide with safe area outlines pinned in the gallery, yet I can't seem to find it. If anyone has it or a similar guide I'd like to see it to "fit in" the "design" and see what everyone thinks.

Should I go with 16:9 (which I know most tv's are HD and widescreen) or 4:3 (because I know not everyone is viewing in HD or widescreen)?

Alot of people go with 16:9 for mocks.

If you keep it in the 16:9 safe-areas that's fine, just say that you're not using the 4:3 safe-area.
