Does anybody know who made these and when they were made?

Several years ago by a ex-forumer.

You're not planning on asking him to make something for you are you, because I wouldn't want him to be bothered like that.

No offence, but that seems to be what happens when someone gifts something. People always want more.

No, I just had a thought that if someone knew the person who made these files I could contact them and ask them if they still had the network version of the clock.

Yes that's pretty much what I was suggesting.

The classy thing to do is to take what's been offered and not be pushy.

Ah, sorry. I thought you meant that you thought I would ask him to make something for me, not give me something he already had.

Why not just leave the "region" text blank? That should work....

"Fault: No region selected"

They should put a space on its own, that should work.

Yes, it does, but I want the widescreen version for my widescreen monitor.

Did you make that yourself? Very Happy

Yeah, I've already decompiled the file, now I'll try and find a trial of Flash.

No, that image was part of the original flash mocks (network, regions and the background image). I think they used to be on rp-network. I requested it a while back but thought you could make some use of it. Thank you to the original creator.

Thanks Gavin, much appreciated!

If anyone is able to use this background I made a while ago and whack a flash clock on it, that'd be great Smile

Haha! Thanks Hymagumba!

Back on-topic, if anyone would be able to make a flash file which could allow the user to change their own backgrounds, text input etc., that would be very cool!

Unfortunately, Flash programming is alien to me - otherwise I would have a go myself.

Hi E240 Razz

Link -- perhaps not quite perfect; but worth a look!

Seeing as your design is very similar to the 1991 revised clock, that's the reference I've used - design-wise it's generally the same; for example the second hand tended to very slightly overlap the marker edges - but the movement in relation to the markers has not quite been refined, as you'll see. Still, I hope it's the sort of design you were looking for.

I did make the decision to vectorise the logo myself directly from the source - so that's authentic at least, probably the most accurate feature there! Laughing

It has not been tested extensively but should be fully-functional and stay sync'd up with your system time. If it does not, please let me know and I'll try to correct the problem.
