Name that retro(-ish?) music?

Could anyone identify the music used in this clip from the 7 March 2019 episode of This Week ? I'm not asking for the files, but I'd like to know what are the ones used as a news theme and other background music respectively.

I will admit I had immediate visions of the Coast To Coast theme from the TVS programme for the first 30 seconds or so - may not be the same theme but its very similar beat wise.

Michael Portillio is attempting to grove to Born Slippy by Underworld (it was used in the film Trainspotting).
