Rendering

I would like to upload something I created in SketchUp but I'm not sure if I can just upload images from file>export or have to render it. If so how do I do that?

There is already a recent thread about rendering in the Requests forum.

It didn't really help me. Can I just upload the pictures or will people not like that and want it rendered

Sorry, I don't know anything about SketchUp, but could you not save a version as a JPEG or PNG file, and upload that rather?

Unless you've got a really good idea, that you've spent at least several days working on, don't bother uploading it without rendering it. Poor ideas, poorly presented will always get slated. Poor ideas presented well, or good ideas presented poorly, get bad enough reception, you're just opening yourself to abuse if you upload something made in a few hours yesterday that you can't even bother to make look good.

Yeah I will probably just do that but I wasn't sure if people would want to see it rendered or not.

Like DanielK said, I think you should just upload it and see what people say.
