There has to be a least one sad fastard trying to uphold the law. I imagine these are the very same people who use pirate versions of Flash and Fireworks to create their own personal websites, but that's different isn't it ELEKTRIK MEDIA.
Without wanting to get into this again what really is the difference between downloading a non-broadcast copy of a normal piece of music or library music.
The television channel has still paid the artist for their work and the downloaded copy is only used for private purposes. What really is the difference?
