Does anyone know who composed the Paul O'Grady Live theme?

I must stress this not library music. This a track that is commercially on the market to buy, and to buy and Licence, two different things.
If however it is deemed to be frowned up on by the 'mods' they they are welcome to remove the sample file.

I have to concare, what was pointed out ( not by you Nok) is utter crap, it would have been better if you just included a link where to buy the piece?

In the Credits it say these are the original music? Gary Crockett, Dominic Glover and jay glover, it does not seem to say who updated it for the show:
