99% sure it's either library or an original composition.
I happened to spot the other day this original theme occasionally still turns up on the channel as opposed to the composition that ended up replacing it.

My God, this topic comes up every few months, and every time people get the same answer.
The price-drop.tv music was an original composition comissioned for the sit-up channels. It's not available in the public domain, and I don't think it will ever be available for people to download.

According to Greg's Twitter, Greg's been back at Price Drop since the 2nd of October and probably a bit before that too. Pity his website's gone south at the moment though.
Apparently Mr Scott did go back to online Quizmania at some point too. Not that anybody really noticed
