"ITV have asked us to remove certain pieces of music from our download service which relate to ITV News and ITV Regional News.
"ITV have said that there is a number of file-sharing networks which have the copyrighted themes available for download.
"In the future, KPM, Music House, and all affiliated labels, any ITV News or ITV Regional News-related music, stings, intros, etc., will only be available on CD and not via our download service.
"Classic ITV News and ITV Regional News themes, such as 'The Awakening' and 'Meridian Reports' will still be available via the download service.
"Also, our terms and conditions are changing, and these will be available soon on our homepage, www.*******.com.
"In the meantime, we thank you for your continued use of KPM."
