The overnight vamp was posted the other week. Have a trawl thrugh this board for it.
Also the MASTER COPY of the new countdown from David Lowe himself (slightly different from tv version) is available on Hegeohg Online, I'll get the links in a min.
Is that the new overnight? I thought the beginning was a bit more louder than that. Anyway, thanks. Don't suppose you know where the World used variant is?
well the overnight sometimes has a thundercalp over the woogawooga bit att the start. I dunno if the single tne version for :15 and up to the close is on yet

That mp3 originally came from me. I'll explain. Originally, that was the joint vamp, to be used overnight. When BBC World News got their new vamps, they changed the start to fit the new bongs. Originally, that was the one they were going to use.

First of all I don't reckon that countdown is a master copy (mainly because it's not 100% excellent quality) and secondly why do people keep boasting that it is, when you can easily hear the edits in it?

AFAIK The copy is an MP3 of the master version from David Lowe.
The TV version has a few more beeps in it and some more thunderclaps or something like that. It's still nice tho
