Nations and Regions Map

In a High Resolution PNG or in Scale Vector (February 2015)

Does anyone happen to know where I can find a High Resolution, or a detailed Scale Vector map of the the UK's Nations and Regions map for the BBC and ITV?

My target year is around the 1999 to 2001.
I've been doing some searches on the ol' Google engine, and can't find a good image!

Go to the ITV Advert sales site, they have a regions map based on the advertising regions, which are the old ITV regions!

Now all I am looking for is the Region and Nations map of the BBC!
