Name that tune

I have always wondered what are those two tunes appeared at 0:03 and at 1:22 respectively. I tried Shazam, but it's no work.

I like the music at 0:40. If it isn't a library track, what is it?

From my experiences, if Shazam doesn't know it, it's most probably library.
