Looking for recreation of old BBC 2 Clock

I'm after a working reconstruction of the BBC 2 1991 (or 1997) clock design; doesn't have to be an exact replica...I don't know if there's one around, or even if it's possible to make, but I thought I'd ask.

I did draw-up a rather rough clock face which can be used if it's too much hassle to draw one from scratch; it's just missing the hands -- not sure if it's centered horizontally though, I'm afraid.

That was my first port of call; unfortunately I couldn't see it there.

AFAIK, it simply doesn't exist due to either the complexity of the background or just because nobody has done it yet. Why not PM mulder or email him and see if he'll take up your idea.

I would have said check mrtomservo's site, but he's just got the BBC1 clock of the era.
