Please could you tell me how the studios are laid out? For example where in the studio block is studio 3? What floor is Studio 7 on?
Thanks
In the current security climate, most broadcasters and studio facilities providers probably don't want to provide details of the precise locations of studios within their buildings, and publicise routes to them.
I'll make a slight apology for my previous post, because you responded while I was writing it... however, my overall point still stands. Just because viewers get to look at (portions of) them on TV doesn't mean they're not also people's private offices.
I imagine you could probably make out the locations based on the technical specs on their website.
Also, I know this isn't part of your question but I imagine you could get an idea where the studios are from the outside from where there aren't any windows. The studio part of 30 Rock (technically made up of three buildings - I think they're called studio, tower, and west) can be determined from the fact that they're no windows on the a part of the building.
Also positions of many of the studios can be figured from the use of increasing behind the scenes shots. For example how to access studio 3 could be found out from a segment with a marathon runner this week when he ran into the studio or where studio 1 is based on parts of SNT
The arrogance of a lot of people on this forum is quite something. Not even in the TV industry are people so cold. There may be a point to be had for security issues if it wasn't for the fact thousands of people do be in and out of the place every year, most of whom are members of the public as part of audiences. It's not exactly an exclusive club.

While respecting the point of view Max and others have put forward, you have to remember that broad level plans of TV Centre were widely available to the public - not least in Ladybird books, which I grant you were published in a very different era.
For people to have a similar interest in other similar buildings and to enquire if similar material has been published is not unreasonable, and I think a polite "sorry, that isn't in the public domain for security reasons" should suffice.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't old IBA publications knocking around that have the details the OP wants. Apparently there's a plan of Capital Radio's old hq in such a document.

To your point there, though, TVC's construction and upkeep was licence-payer-funded, so there's a different case to be made there (and, while counterbalancing security concerns, for other BBC buildings as well) in the interests of transparency.
(And lest anyone should think that stance hypocritical, I used to work at TVC!)
