Local Radio In The Public Interest: The BBC's Plan

I'm wondering if anybody has a copy of the above-noted pamphlet for sale, or knows where I might be able to get one? I've been looking for a while but, alas, no luck so far!

Have you tried an FoI request to the BBC? They probably have a copy in the written archives centre.
