As in, live streaming the output to somewhere? If so, no, but neither does Caspar (again, you could probably force it to, but it will be by abusing it rather than by design).
You don't use graphics software to encode streaming video. You use video stream encoding software to do that. Again, RTMP is the keyword you need.
