Does anyone have any idea what the piece of music used on this title sequence is?

There no longer on air so can't ask directly, but I'm 100% sure its library music as the rest of the channels themes can be found on the Universal Production Music site, but have searched countless albums but can't find this one.

I've also heard it used on a radio advert some time ago, plus a cruise line DVD.

Any help would be great!

I did try their Live Help but they said they didn't recognise it - but not sure if it was just a brush off!
