I am really interested in ITV West from tonight.

Did you know about: http://regionals.granadainteractive.com/
You can't download the bulletins, but it is possible to view (almost) every region's bulletins & main programmes after they are broadcast.

You do need to log in to it with a standard password, and whilst it's not my place to tell people what the password is... it isn't difficult, just think laterally (and bear in mind what you're looking at...).

You can download the bulletins, just right click on the arrow and choose save target as - they're quite big though.
