ITV Credits Background

Does anyone have a blank copy of the end credits background that ITV Productions use (the generic blue one)

I have tried recreating it but can't do it!

Oh, and it is for a mock, and not for MKTV as some of you may think!!

I posted a still version of it here a few months ago.
I'll try and dig it out for you.
