Hit The Road Jack

The American sitcom "Unhappily Ever After" (a rip-off sitcom of Married With Children) uses this Ray Charles song for their opening theme tune but the Ray Charles version's of this song that i've heard don't sound like this.

In the end credits of the show Bobcat Goldthwait is credited singing this theme but I think that referrers to the puppet character he voices in the show.

Can someone confirm if this is Ray Charles singing in the opening theme? I'm sure i've heard this version on classic hit CD collection adverts in the past.

It's not either Ray Charles' nor Buster Poindexter's. Sorry, I know nothing about it, either.

Bobcat did the first one but sounds very similar!

Shazam says Ray Charles...

I've spotified him too and that version is not on there. Would I have a better chance of finding out from his music label?
