Need help with video ripping

I tried to rip a video from tfo.org , but it's no work. I used RTMPDumpHelper and WebVideoCap to get it, but no fruits so far. Could any of you with capability please help me to get the file? PM me for the link to video in question. (You need a VPN to Canada, free or pay, to view it, by the way.)

(No, I'm not going to try Bandicam and other screencappers. I'm just trying to rip the video file directly from the website.)
