Not entirely sure what you believe we can do about it...

If somebody else has pinched your video the logical thing to do would be to report it. But the problem you will have is that you do not own the copyright to that video in the first place, so I suspect all YouTube would do is tell you to get lost (figuratively speaking), and of course if ITV wanted it off YouTube they'd take your video down as well with it.

Unfortunately this is modern YouTube and internet life, where if you stick something online it will almost certainly get pinched, butchered and uploaded somewhere else. And there is almost always sod all you can do about it.
