Granada Reports recording

How to access tomorrow's 6:30 programme without being in the region (January 2015)

Hello all,

I could do with watching, and preferably recording Granada Reports tomorrow evening, or alternatively Monday, but I'm in London at the moment. Any suggestions on the best way to get it?

I have access to TiVo but obviously that's linked to ITV News London.

Thanks

I don't think there's any way to watch it live now, TV Catchup doesn't offer a regional choice anymore. Granada themselves stopped uploading complete bulletins to their website a few years ago.

Do you have access to some form of satellite TV, like Freesat? If not I'm not sure how you would be able to watch it live, but I would be happy to record the bulletin for you and upload it after it has aired, although it will only be in SD as I don't have a Freeview HD tuner.

Watching it live isn't a necessity, nor is HD. If you really don't mind recording it Phil it would be much appreciated! Thanks a lot!

It's no problem, just wasn't sure what you meant exactly by watching it, I know for some HD is a big deal and for other's it isn't! It's easy enough for me to record it and upload it since I'll just have to do minimal editing to cut off the padding at the start and end. Smile

Shockingly for this forum, I'm more interested in the content than the presentation!
