Good Morning Britain Format

Does anyone have the full format of good morning Britain (E.g. Weather - 7 twenty eight)

Here's an idea.
Get up at 5.58am, switch on the tv, get a pen and paper and write everything you see according to what you see at the time you see it...

..or get a grown up to do it for you.

I did forget how they introduced themselves while reading a headline. I remember liking at the time, not so sure now!

Irony is Daybreak was a hard hitting news hour, yet it bombed, fast forward ten years and GMTV pushed in News hour which was hard hitting and it got a million viewers. What gives.
