Going Live / Live & Kicking

I'm seeking help in tracking down the closing theme to Going Live! which I believe was written by Peter Gosling and was used from 1987.

I'm also after the titles, credits and menu themes from the original series of Live & Kicking which I believe was written and performed by David Arnold.

Although, I seem to remember that there were rumors some time ago that the BBC lost their copies due to a fire??

I am also interested in the live and kicking phone jingle, you know the 0181 811 8181 thing, especially one from 1997

Moyles played this a couple of times on his Radio 1 breakfast show over the ears, so I assume that it is in circulation somewhere... I could be wrong, but I seem to think that the original Live & Kicking version was produced by Jam Creative?? I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.
