Hi you can buy a CD on Ebay right now called 'The Best of British Television' it has the whole 4min 30 sec GMTV theme tune this was also used in the Opt-Out.

I have the track from the CD, that I got from here but it is the full theme but not the opt out- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejCPahw2aso&feature=related opt is shown here

I'm sure I've got it, it's a slightly cruddy off-air copy, have no idea where I got it or why so someone else will most likely have it too but will go upload it if I find it.
