Free tracks?

hey guys,

I really need your help! Does anyone know a site where I can get free tracks to use commercially? its for a bar digital signage.
It will be advertising upcoming football matches and so on so something up-beat like 'mcasso's radio station branding 2012'

Can't you just pay for some library music? You might even be able to get it for free depending on the PRS arrangements and payments the bar is already making.
