Please can I have a list of fonts for the different television channels?
BBC is Sans Serif?
Particuly:
What is 'Channel 3' logo in. What about the one used in 'I.T.V.4.'?
'Channel 4.' font?
'Channel 5' font?

is the 'Channel 4' '4' based on a type-character, or is it an image from scratch?

Bla, read about fonts in The Requests section, and this is also in the wrong place.

He's not asking for us to upload them, he just wants a list.

The "BBC xxxx" font is Gill Sans.
The BBC News graphics and aston font is called Swiss 721.
The BBC promo graphics are either Swiss 721 Extra Broad Type or Swiss 721 Light Extra Broad Type.
ITV News seems to use Helvetica. The "i t v" part of the graphic is i think Lucida Console?
Sky News uses either Helvetica or Swiss.

But how the hell does no-one use Trebuchet MS?!

I now know that the current 'C.4.' typeface is tailor-made for 'c.4.'.

Oh I see, oh well, my bad.

From What I see Sky News now use a series of Helvetica fonts. I've got a family or two of them. lol.

Trebuchet is a nice font but it's no good as a corporate font as there's quite a few others which don't exactly have the low-rent ugly that Trebuchet does have attached to it and look better. Yes, designers are just that picky and sometimes the logic is if you haven't exactly paid for it then what are you doing with it?

I mean, I wouldn't want to use Trebuchet on the basis that everyone has it and if I used it, it's like I wasn't trying. It's just very common, not as "chav" as Comic Sans but why use Trebuchet if you can use Info or Officina Sans? It's pretty much a web font and as it's so limited in font weights, it's just not as flexible as other families.

Just my turn on why Trebuchet doesn't float my boat.
