Final Noel's House Party theme

Does anyone know the song that was used as a theme for the last series of Noel's House Party. It's not Funhouse by Madness, I'm on about the dancer's theme as the show opened. It went "We're having a party"... I think that was the majority of the lyrics.

Was it a specially composed theme or is it a track that was in the charts years ago?
