It's findable online via a quick search! (O.G. is indirectly very helpful here!)
However, it's available officially on the Doctor Who Soundtrack Album (Silva Screen Records). The opener hasn't changed over the first 3 series, so the one on there is still the one used this year (a second soundtrack is out imminently).

I have a friend, who used to be Webmaster of the Doctor Who theme repository, before the BBC made him close it. I'll see if I can get it off him for you.
