Why do people ask for others to "PM" them?

Lots of people browse these pages and would happily download some of the requested items, but there's an endless round of "I think I have it and I'll PM you " posts that waste the time of the casual browser.

Upload the thing and post a link. Why not please dozens of folk instead of just one?

Even worse are the ones who damn well know they shouldn't distribute library music and think that asking people to PM them makes it ok.

There. I got that off my chest.

I do have DoND - the opening theme, but its on my PC which is knackered at the moment and awaitng a motherboard.

I'll certainly upload it as soon as I have access to it, if someone hasn't helped by then.

I reuploaded a copy a few months back. The DL is now out of date. I will post here as soon as its reuploaded. As I believe in making stuff avaliable for all to enjoy
