So over the past few months I've heard this piece of music everywhere

I heard it on BBC Radio 1, Channel 4's Coach Trip and Dancing On Ice!! I know it's a very well known piece and was wondering if anyone could help identify it!? I've tried Shazam and SoundHound but no luck
