Unusual request this ....

Does anyone know of a site that provides on request a hotlinkable jpeg or gif accurate clock showing the time that the image was called off the server?

I DON'T need a refreshing image just a one off.

i don't think that there's something like that...
although Clocklink.com is fairly accurate, it uses Javascript though.
