Channel Report 2000's Music Publisher/Composer?

Does anyone know who composed the music for Channel Report in 2000's era, or even the publisher?

I know the music was first used in 99 then remixed in 2000 later till 2006.

The original tune was called News Tomorrow and was composed by Colin Baldry. I believe it's on the Universal library, but the more recent mixes aren't AFAIK.
