Does anybody have/ know the name of the 1998 Central News theme, the guitar-esque one?

I have the information,

There is an issues here: Its seem that although siad muisc is library,( it may not be) it was re-worked for Central news: or central news made it and the composer changed it just a wee bit, for the library.

It on Atmosphere - ( some people as bruton)
