I remember attending a regional hospital radio meeting in Plymouth, many, many moons ago, at which Ed Welch spoke about composing TV music and played us (off cassette, which dates it) all the variations of the Blockbusters music, together with much of his other work.

The other speaker that day was a young chap by the name of Mr Philip Schofield.
