Actually, I hear that song from other networks... so most definitely it's library.
but I'm curious on the title, because I'm interested to purchase it

Email the PRS or the America PRS or even Bloomberg themselves, since there have to keep logs of library music used if not someone is in trouble.

Unfortunately, I have no idea where to find the composers or whoever is distributing the music.
