Big Brother UK TV Theme got to number four in the UK top 40 singles chart and was released in September 2000 by Element Four was a pseudonym of DJ/producer/remixer Paul Oakenfold (born on 30th of August in 1963 in London), with Andy Grey.

Big Brother (Oakenfold Mix) by Joyriders was released on Paul Oakenfold's Greatest Hits and Remixes album, which appears to be the more moderner version of the theme used.

Would anybody happen to have the Oakenfold Underscore Mix of Big Brother by Joyriders please?

I've got it on vinyl somewhere, I'll convert it into an mp3 for you.

Hi Gaz. Thanks for your speedy reply. That would indeed be very kind of you and I'd be very grateful if you could mp3 it sometime.

I'd hazard a guess that the classical pieces (if those are the ones you're after) could be from Xtreme Music's library as they do fairly dramatic orchestral styles. Either that or they've raided their library of 'blockbuster movie classics' type CDs as it sounds like they're bits from film scores, either publically available on soundtrack cds or from other production libraries.

In the other segment of the programme (where they are showing the housemates getting hot under the covers before the titles) they are using an instrumental of Change the way you kissed me by Example.

Usually such instrumentals come from the record labels on promo CDs with the actual radio edit track and several mixes and occasionally acapellas for the dancy stuff but not always (I used to work at a radio station).

Thanks very much. The tracks I was looking for are indeed in Extremes library.

Can you say which disc in their library the track can be found on please?
