Hi There,
Does anyone have the vamp/theme for Big Brother1/2/3/4/5 and 6?
I think it is the one that Dermot speaks over at the start at BBLB.

Thanks In Advance

David

The Big Brother theme is by Paul Oakenfold and is called Element 4. You can buy it pretty cheap from legal MP3 sites. The other mix is library as far as I know.

Thanks for that Antz, although I do think you can get it for free.

I have found BB5 here...

Bleuch, legal download sites. Do not buy anything from there - you are getting ripped off.

Yours, in CD quality for only £2.35

I've heard of www.allofmp3.com which is legal (apparently) and the tracks are very cheap!

Yes Allofmp3 is quite good and actually has some pretty rare stuff on it in the way of soundtracks! What I like about them is that you can pay a price dependant on the quality or type of encoding you prefer. I bet there are idiots who still go choosing MP3 192 instead of WMA 128!

I know its going off the Big Brother topic and its not TV related, but does anybody what the current Steve Wright in the Afternoon soundtrack is called and if it is, where it is availble. It is usually used just before the TOTH, the old version is on jingle mad.

I use MP3 128 because I can't hear any difference between that and 192. The only bad about the site is that not all new songs are on it (just look at the British Top 75 chart on it!).

What I'm saying is, if you choose one "level" of encoding below, but in a superior format like WMA, you save money. For you, therefore, 96 WMA would be equal to 128 MP3, and if you really wanted you could convert it from WMA to MP3.

If $1=60p (I think) Does that mean that two cents is nothing to us?

Pardon?? WMA is one of the worst codecs I've ever used!

I always use 192 OGG format - it's clearly the best codec in the world!! Far more usable than WMA as well.

On AllofMP3, use Q6 or 7 VBR OGG. Downloads quickly, costs fairly little on the website, and sounds beautiful!
