BBC News Screen Saver

I don't suppose anyone has managed to get hold of the BBC News screensaver?

This should be in the Requests forum. That is why it's there, surprisingly enough.

If you'd actually deigned to look in the Requests forum, you'd see that there are various BBC NEWS screensavers in there, including the 'official' one that you see on the screens in the background on the news programmes.

It's not that hard to just put a teeny weeny little bit of effort in to look for yourself rather than just lazily dumping it in the wrong forum and expecting others to do all the work for you.

Come on, don't have a go at him, it's only a small mistake for goodness sake! I hate it when people do this! Makes me really angry!

Sorry if it upsets you that I'm actually right about this, but this is the third thread that's been started this week where people couldn't be arsed to look for themselves, and just slapped their requests in this forum.

If it was a new member, I would be much more tolerant, but dramapr has been here for ages, and should know better.

I have to agree with you here! I mean I hate falling out with people over silly things, but this just aint right! BBC LDN you've came on here and basically shouted at someone who really isn't on the forum at all, and is just asking a 'simple' thing. There was no need for you to say what you said. You could have simply left it, and one of the moderators move the topic to where it should be! It's a simple mistake, everyone makes them! So please stop it, and just accept the apology!

I wasn't being abusive in the first place, I merely pointed out that you were too lazy to do the work yourself. If you look back to the chain of events, you'll note that you were the first person to get abusive, by calling me an idiot.

There's a golden rule for Net message boards. If you don't like what you see/read, put up with it. It just ain't worth the hassle.

...or inform one of the moderators if there's something questionable. Shouting at people (esp when unwarranted, and unauthorised) doesn't help anyone.
