Not really a 'Master' as such, if it was the proper Master then it would be in WAV format as most DAW tracks get exported into WAV format.
I think he was more pointing out the fact that at the 35 sec mark, it's missing the "Tri-thunderclap" which can be found in the Broadcast version.
