i am doing a news article on music from 1984 focusing on the band aid for college

does anyone have a copy of the "feed the world" track which featured christmas greetings from the band aid crew (bono etc).

This is one of those tracks you should buy rather than copy - it's one thing downloading free commercial music, it's a whole other downloading a charity single.

Look on any Christmas compilation CDs - they'll have a copy of the Band Aid song there.

Actually, I think what Orcido is asking for is not the standard radio version - there's an extended version where everything bar the drums stops and you get a montage of greetings from the performers. Usually just some obscure 80s (now) hasbeen saying Merry Xmas.

It's on side 2 - but yes, every charity shop has a copy (by law)
