I think the track in question is from the Extreme Production Music Library. The clip here is taken from the launch show of The X Factor Australia:

It has also been used on X Factor UK and Britain's Got Talent.
Just wondering if anyone knows the name of the track in the library - I'm not requesting a downloadable version of the track.
