Analog clock

I'm currently trying to create mock signposts/idents with analog clocks running. What software (preferrably freeware) and how do I create an analog clockface, or an animated analog clock? Thanks!

I would say flash but that's not free.

you can do it in HTML / JS. That's how metropol's clocks work
